What happens if the power is switched ON but the camera image is not displayed or the "No Video " indicator appears?

Functions and specifications

Cameras that do not use infra-red light may have poor human recognition capabilities in the dark. What is the accuracy of DOBORECO /FORKRECO in detecting people in the dark?

The requirements for person detection in DOBORECO /FORKRECO are a brightness of at least 20 lx and a detection distance of within 8 m when the camera is installed at a height of 2 m.
However, the accuracy of person detection may be affected by environmental factors (e.g. weather, backlighting, person hidden by obstacles, etc.).

Can proximity detection be applied to objects as well as persons?

Xacti will offer an "object detection function" as an optional (paid) feature for " FORKRECO Connect" by attaching ultrasonic sensors to two locations on the rear of the forklift, in addition to the conventional human detection, it will also be able to detect approaching obstacles such as luggage, pillars, and walls.
*The official release of this function is scheduled for October 2025.

Is it explosion-proof?

DOBORECO /FORKRECO are not explosion-proof.

What is the possible recording time on the main unit (internal SD card)?

DOBORECO /FORKRECO have a recording capacity of approximately 24 hours when recording at 15 fps.
When the built-in SD card (32 GB) is full, the oldest files are automatically deleted, so there is no need for the customer to delete or format data (i.e. assuming 8 hours of operation per day, videos from the last three operating days will be stored and earlier videos will be deleted automatically).

Can rotating lights (optional) be substituted with commercially available products?

Commercially available products can be used as long as they are within the rating of the relay.

How can I send alert information for the Safety Management Service (SX-DB110)?

Alert information from the forklift truck is transmitted over Wi-Fi or LTE lines.

Is it dustproof/waterproof?

- Camera:
　Dustproof/waterproof (all models supported. Except for the USB plug).
- Control box:
　Varies depending on the product.
　SX-DB150/300: Dustproof/waterproof
* However, only the cable/cord connected to the control box is dustproof/waterproof.
　SX-DB100/110: Use the included waterproof case.
　SX-DB200/400: Not supported (install inside the cockpit where it will not be exposed to rainwater).

Relay box (certain products only):
　Dustproof/waterproof (except for USB and relay plug section)

Which products are available with automatic stop function?

DOBORECO series: only SX-DB300/400 can use the automatic stop function.
*However, depending on the specifications of the heavy machinery on which the DOBORECO is installed, the automatic stop function may not be available.

FORKRECO series: the automatic stop function is not available for all products.
